What does ISO 9001:2026 require for quality culture?

How do you audit quality culture?
Through interviews and records: what leaders do and say, how concerns are raised and handled, whether records are honest, and whether staff can explain what quality and ethical behavior mean in their job. The leadership log and survey in this pack create that evidence.
Do we need a separate ethics policy?
Not necessarily. Many companies add two or three sentences to the quality policy and reference an existing code of conduct. The pack includes wording for both approaches.
