Consultant Edition: White-Label ISO Templates for Up to 10 Clients
Short answer: buy any ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 13485 template product plus the Consultant Multi-Client Licence, and you can adapt that product for up to 10 client organizations, put your consultancy's or your client's branding on it, and hand the finished documents over for the client to keep. The only notice that must stay is a one-line copyright entry in each file's document properties.
Your rights, question by question
- Can I apply my consultancy's branding?
- Yes. Replace our name, logo and layout with yours on every visible page.
- Can the end client apply its own branding?
- Yes. Most clients want their own logo and document numbering; that is expected.
- Which notices must remain, and where?
- Only the short copyright line in each file's document properties (File > Info > Properties in Word and Excel). No visible header, footer or page notice is required.
- Can the client keep using the documents after our engagement?
- Yes, indefinitely, under the normal internal-use terms. They can revise and maintain them without you.
- What counts as a client?
- One legal entity. All its sites and departments are included. Separate subsidiaries or group companies each count as one client.
- Can colleagues in my consultancy use the files?
- Yes. Your employees and subcontractors can work with them on licensed client engagements.
- How do updates reach existing clients?
- We email updates to you, the licence holder. You decide whether to pass revised, adapted files on to your clients.
- What happens at client eleven?
- Buy another Consultant Multi-Client Licence for the same product (or a single-client licence). The first ten clients keep their rights.
- What can't I do?
- Give anyone the unedited templates or the whole library, resell the templates as a product, or post them publicly. Full terms: License Agreement section 2.
