How the Academy works
- Buy a course like any other product on this site. Use the email you want to learn with.
- Log in to your account at isocloudconsulting.com (we email you a one-time code; no password to remember). Your course appears under My courses.
- Learn through short video lessons of 7 to 15 minutes, in clause order, with downloadable slides and worksheets with model answers.
- Check your understanding with a short knowledge check after every lesson (you must answer every question correctly to move on; unlimited retries and every answer is explained) and a quiz at the end of every module (70% to pass, unlimited retakes).
- Sit the final examination: open-book on the standard and timed. A second, different paper is available if you need another attempt.
- Download your certificate as a PDF with a unique certificate number when every lesson, quiz and the final exam are complete.

About the certificate
Each certificate is issued by ISO Cloud Consulting and carries the learner's name, course title and code, date, total learning hours and a unique certificate number that we can verify on request. It is a Certificate of Completion only: it confirms that you completed the course and passed its assessments. It is not an accredited or certified qualification (for example CQI/IRCA, Exemplar Global or PECB), it does not make you a certified or registered auditor, and it does not certify any organisation to any standard. ISO Cloud Consulting is a new company; we intend to apply for international recognition of our course certificates before the end of 2027. Many employers and certification bodies accept documented training plus demonstrated competence as evidence under clause 7.2 of ISO 9001:2026 or clause 6.2 of ISO 13485:2016; confirm what yours requires.
About the instructor
The courses are written by Ishan Maharaj, an industrial engineer (BSc Eng Hons, MSc Engineering Management, University of the Witwatersrand) and director of operations at a South African sterile medical device manufacturer, where he has led cleanroom validation, ISO 13485-aligned quality systems and risk-based regulatory planning since 2019.

Yes. The courses teach the requirements in our own words and do not reproduce ISO text. Buy ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 13485:2016 from ISO or your national standards body.
Who narrates the lessons?

How long do I have access?
