Template Updates and Version History
Short answer: when we revise a template you have bought, you get the updated file free of charge and we tell you by email. This page lists the current version of every template range and what changed, so you can check you have the latest files.
How updates work
- We revise a template when a standard is revised or amended, when guidance changes, or when we find an error or a way to make a template clearer.
- We email every buyer of that product, using the email address on the order, with a new download link.
- We record the change here, with the new version number and the date. Version numbers also appear in each file name and in the document control block of every template.
Updates are included for as long as the product is sold, for the edition of the standard you bought it for. This is part of our licence agreement. Lost your download link? Email us with your order number.
