How Our Templates Work: Download, Licence and Updates
Every product is a set of editable Microsoft Office files that you download immediately after checkout. There is nothing to install and no subscription.
How do I get my files?
After checkout you see a download button on the order confirmation page, and the same link arrives by email within a few minutes. Bundles download as a single ZIP file. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it.
What formats are the templates in?
Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and PowerPoint (.pptx), plus PDF for summaries and checklists. Files open in Microsoft 365 and Office 2016 or later. Spreadsheets use formulas and conditional formatting only, with no macros, so they also work in Google Sheets.
What does the licence allow?
One purchase covers one organization, with unlimited internal users and sites. You can edit the files freely and make them your own. You cannot resell, share or publish them outside your organization. Consultants need one licence per client. See the full licence agreement.
Do the templates include the text of the ISO standard?
No. ISO standards are copyrighted. Our templates refer to clause numbers and describe requirements in our own words. You need your own licensed copy of the standard, which you can buy from ISO or your national standards body.
Are updates included?
Yes. If we revise a template for the 2026 edition, you get the updated file free. We email customers when a product is updated.
Will these templates get us certified?
Templates give you a sound, auditable structure. Certification depends on how your organization operates the system and the records it keeps, so nobody can honestly guarantee an audit result, and we do not.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are limited to non-delivery, defective files, wrong items and duplicate purchases. Every product page lists the full contents so you can check the fit before you buy. See the refund policy.
