The app sends nothing anywhere and needs no account. Automatic daily backups go to a folder you choose. Export everything to CSV, PDF or open JSON whenever you like.
Good to know
- One person edits at a time. There are no logins or simultaneous editing.
- It does not contain the text of ISO 9001. You need your own licensed copy of the standard.
- It is designed to support your system. It does not promise certification, and your certification body decides your audit result.

Is QMS Workspace a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the product. There are no user fees and no renewals.
Do I need internet access or any installation?
No. Unzip the download and double-click the app file. It opens in your browser and works fully offline.
Will it get us certified to ISO 9001:2026?
Not by itself, and no software can promise that. It is designed to support assessing gaps, keeping records and showing evidence. Your certification body decides the result.
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Does it help with the transition?
Yes. The transition tracker lists 67 changes with a recommended action for each, and the gap assessment marks every line that is new or changed.
Can several people use it?
One person at a time. Each action owner can get a printout, spreadsheet or calendar file, so others do not need the app to see what they owe.
Can I import my existing registers?
Yes, from any spreadsheet saved as CSV: documents, risks, opportunities, people, suppliers, objectives, customer feedback and equipment.
What support and refund terms apply?
