What documentation does ISO 9001:2026 actually require?
Some documented information is required by name, for example the scope, the quality policy, quality objectives, and records such as monitoring and measuring resource suitability, competence, internal audit results, management review results, nonconformities and corrective actions. The practical risk for small companies is too much paper, not too little. Write what people actually use, and delete the rest.
