Purchase Terms: Licence, Updates, Support and Refunds
Short answer: you buy from ISO Cloud Consulting LLC. Every paid template is licensed to one organization, comes with free updates for the edition of the standard you bought, includes email support, and is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The table below shows how that applies to each type of product. What support covers
Support means answering questions about how the templates are structured and how to use them: which document covers which clause, how two forms link, what a field is for. It does not include writing your documents or giving advice on your specific devices; that is the document review or consulting.
What we do not promise
Templates and courses do not guarantee certification, regulatory approval or any audit outcome. They do not include the text of any ISO standard; buy your own licensed copy. Our certificates of completion are issued by ISO Cloud Consulting and are not accredited by a certification or personnel accreditation body.
Upgrade credits
If you move up to a bigger kit, you get a fixed credit: $49 or $79 from a single template or kit, or the full price you paid when you upgrade from the Transition Starter Bundle, Transition Toolkit or ISO 13485 Starter Kit. The exact credit is listed on each product page.
