1. Remote gap assessment (from $1,250)
We review your current QMS documents and interview key people by video against every changed area of ISO 9001:2026: climate change relevance in context, interested party requirements, quality culture and ethical behavior, separate risks and opportunities, planning of changes, awareness and the other updates. You get a scored gap report, a prioritized action list and a transition plan with dates. Typical duration is one to two weeks.
2. Transition internal audit (from $1,950)
An independent remote internal audit against ISO 9001:2026 before your certification body's transition audit. It covers the changed clauses in depth and samples the rest of the system. You get an audit plan, a written report with graded findings and the evidence you need for your management review.
3. Done-with-you transition (from $4,500)
Gap assessment, transition plan, guided updates to your context, risk and opportunity, change management, culture and awareness records, an awareness session for staff, the transition internal audit and management review preparation. Our ISO 9001:2026 Transition Toolkit is included, so your team keeps editable versions of every document.
Advisory hours are also available at $125 per hour (minimum 2 hours), for example to review documents your team has already prepared.

No. Your certification body decides on certification based on its own audit. Consulting reduces the risk of findings by checking your system and evidence beforehand, but no consultant can guarantee an outcome.
