Refund policy

ISO Cloud Consulting LLC sells digital templates, desktop software, online courses and remote consulting. Digital products can't be returned, so this policy sets out exactly when we refund instead. The same rules are summarised on every product page and on our Purchase terms page.

30-day money-back guarantee
If a product doesn't fit your quality management system, email us within 30 days of your order and we will refund the full price of that product. You don't need to give a detailed reason. A short note on what didn't fit helps us improve.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and per organization.
- It covers paid products bought on isocloudconsulting.com. Free downloads have nothing to refund.
- For courses, the guarantee ends once you start the final exam.
- For the consultant licence upgrade, the guarantee ends once templates have been delivered to a client.
- After a refund, you agree to delete the files and any copies you made, and course or software access ends.
- We may decline a request if we see a pattern of buying, downloading and refunding, or if the files were shared outside your organization.
Faulty, missing or wrong files (30 days)
Within 30 days of your order we will refund if:
- Non-delivery: you didn't receive your download link and we can't fix it.
- Defective file: a file is corrupted or won't open in standard software such as Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, and we can't send a working replacement within 3 business days.
- Wrong item: the files are materially different from the product description.
- Duplicate purchase: you bought the same product twice by mistake.
QMS Workspace software
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies. If the app does not work as described on your computer and we cannot put it right, that counts too: ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Upgrades
If you upgrade from a smaller kit to a larger one using an upgrade credit and then request a refund on the larger kit, we refund the amount you actually paid for it.
Consulting services
Consulting fees are covered by the written proposal or statement of work for your engagement. Work already done isn't refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we refund any deposit in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email isocloudconsulting@outlook.com with your order number, the product name and a short reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
