Refund policy

Overview

ISOCloud Consulting sells primarily digital products (downloadable templates, execution packs, and files such as DOCX/XLSX). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” this policy is structured around access/delivery status and file defects.

Refund Eligibility (Digital Products)

A refund will be approved only if one of the following applies:

  1. Non-delivery

    • You did not receive the download link or access instructions due to a verified delivery issue.

  2. Defective / unusable file

    • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened with standard software (e.g., Microsoft Word/Excel), and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

  3. Wrong item delivered

    • You received files materially different from what was purchased.

  4. Duplicate purchase

    • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery/access to the digital product

  • Lack of results or outcomes from using templates (these are tools; results depend on implementation)

  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported environments (e.g., outdated software, inability to open DOCX/XLSX due to non-standard viewers) where the files themselves are not defective

  • Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of the files

How to Request a Refund

Email isocloudconsulting@outlook.com. with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for request

  • Screenshots/video if the issue is technical (e.g., error messages)

If the issue is technical, the default remedy is replacement/support first. Refunds are considered if that fails.

No Physical Returns

Do not ship anything back. These are digital products; there is no return address and no return shipping.

Exchanges

Digital products are not exchanged after access/delivery. If you purchased the wrong product, contact us immediately; if the product has not been accessed/delivered (where technically verifiable), we may offer a swap at our discretion.

EU / UK Customers — 14-Day Right to Withdraw (Digital Content Exception)

If you are in the European Union, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, but digital content supplied online is commonly exempt once supply/performance begins if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right.
UK rules follow a similar approach for digital content once download/supply starts with consent and acknowledgement.

South Africa — Cooling-Off (Direct Marketing Transactions)

South African consumer law includes a cooling-off right for certain “direct marketing” transactions (generally 5 business days); where it applies, statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically up to 10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
