Fixed-Scope Document Review: Up to 5 Adapted Templates

What you get

• A review of up to 5 documents you have adapted from our ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 13485 templates (or your own documents for the same standards): procedures, the quality manual, forms or registers. A document is one procedure, manual, form or register, up to 25 pages.
• Written feedback within 5 business days of receiving all files: comments in the documents themselves plus a one-page summary that ranks findings by audit risk (likely nonconformity, observation, improvement).
• Each comment references the clause it relates to and says what to change, not just what is wrong.
• One re-review of the revised documents within 30 days, with written confirmation of what is now closed.
• An optional 30-minute video call to walk through the feedback.

What it checks

• Does each document cover what the clause requires for your scope?
• Do the procedures, forms and records link up (no orphan forms, no records the procedure never mentions)?
• Are template placeholders, example text and inapplicable sections removed or justified?
• Is it consistent with your quality manual, scope and organization?
• Would an auditor be able to follow the evidence trail?

What it does not include

• Writing or rewriting documents for you (that is consulting).
• Device-specific technical content such as test methods, biocompatibility or clinical evaluation.
• Legal advice, or any guarantee of a certification or audit outcome.
• Documents for other standards (ISO 42001, SOC 2, CMMC) unless agreed in writing first.

How it works

1. Buy the review. You get an email within one business day asking for your documents and a short description of your company and scope.
2. Send the files (Word preferred, PDF accepted). Confidential? We sign your NDA first.
3. Receive the commented documents and summary within 5 business days.
4. Revise, send back within 30 days, and get the re-review.

If we cannot start within 10 business days of your order, or you cancel before sending documents, you get a full refund. Once feedback is delivered the fee is not refundable. See the refund policy.
