ISO Cloud Consulting LLC is a Missouri limited liability company with its principal office at 10423 Florence Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620, USA. Every purchase on this website, and every consulting engagement, is a contract with ISO Cloud Consulting LLC.
Our Terms of Service, License Agreement and Refund Policy are governed by the laws of the State of California. The same rules apply to every customer, wherever you are, and do not limit consumer rights you have under the law where you live. A plain-English summary is on our Purchase terms page.
Scope of our services
Contract formation
A purchase is complete when checkout is confirmed. A consulting engagement starts when you accept a proposal or statement of work in writing or pay the deposit.
Regulatory context
Our templates and services relate to standards and regulations such as ISO 9001:2026, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14971:2019, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the FDA Quality Management System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820), EU MDR/IVDR, SOC 2 and CMMC. We interpret and apply these frameworks; we do not give legal advice, and regulators, notified bodies and certification bodies make their own decisions.
Using our materials
Templates must be adapted to your organization and devices. You remain responsible for decisions affecting patient safety, regulatory submissions and product design.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in section 8 of the Terms of Service and section 8 of the License Agreement.
Confidentiality and NDAs
We keep client information confidential under section 5 of the Terms of Service. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement before sharing documents, contact us and we will sign yours or provide ours.
