  • Interested parties register with needs and expectations, relevance, and the new decision column showing which requirements are addressed through the QMS and how.

Questions about Context, Interested Parties & Climate Change Pack (ISO 9001:2026 Clauses 4.1 & 4.2)

Does ISO 9001:2026 require us to act on climate change?

It requires you to determine whether climate change is a relevant issue for your QMS. If it is, you treat it like any other context issue. If it is not, you record that conclusion and the reasoning. The assessment template covers both outcomes.

What is new in clause 4.2?

You now decide, and can show, which of the relevant requirements of interested parties will be addressed through the quality management system. The register has a column for that decision.

How often should the context review be updated?

At least annually before management review, and whenever a significant change occurs. The register includes a review log.

How will I receive the files?

A download button appears on the order confirmation page and the same link is emailed to you within a few minutes. Bundles arrive as one ZIP file.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned, so refunds are limited to non-delivery, defective files, wrong items and duplicate purchases. The full contents are listed above so you can check the fit before buying. See the refund policy.

Can I use the templates with more than one company?

Each purchase is licensed to one organization. Consultants and groups need one licence per client or legal entity. See the licence agreement.
