Execution Packs (Role-Specific Audit Defence)

Execution Packs define how a specific role must operate inside an ISO 13485 system.
They do not explain standards. They replace judgement at execution level.

Each pack hard-locks:

  • Decisions the role is allowed to make

  • Inputs that must be reviewed before decisions

  • Outputs that must exist after decisions

  • Mandatory records generated by execution

  • Required linkages to CAPA, risk management, and management review

  • Audit failure patterns tied to that role

These packs are designed to survive hostile audits where auditors challenge authority, independence, and evidence integrity.

This collection is for organizations that already have a QMS structure and need role-level execution that cannot drift, dilute, or become consultant-dependent.
